Donnis Bell. He was a founding member of Ward Six Fire Protection, serving as Assistant Chief for 10 years from 1989 to 1999, and then as a honorary lifetime member for the past 24 years. He was a good, kind and dedicated man, always willing to help do anything needed around the station or on emergency calls. Please keep his family in your prayers.
