Upon arrival, an suv was observed in the ditch with damage to the front and air bags deployed. No one was injured, firefighters assisted with traffic c9ntrol until the vehicle was recovered by the wrecker service.

At 7:47am, Ward 6 Fire responded to a 2 vehicle crash in the 300 blk of Bankens Rd. Upon arrival, one travel lane was blocked and fluids were leaking from the passenger car. No one was injured and firefighters assisted with making each vehicle safe by disconnecting the battery terminals.

At 1:31pm, Ward 6 Fire responded to a report of someone starting a fire on Edwards Rd. Upon arrival there was one active pile burning and one pile smoldering. The fires are in violation of the State wide burn ban and they were extinguished. Homeowner was issued a cease and desist order.
