Ward Six Firefighters are training on fire extinguishers this evening at the Calcasieu Emergency Response Training Center. Firefighter Desiree’ White is instructing the training, which includes extinguisher identification and the use of different types of extinguishers on various fire scenarios. Gordon Fire Dept firefighters are also attending the training, as well as 3 citizens who are interested in joining Ward Six Fire Dept.
