At 1:43am, Ward 6 Engine 19, Units 901 and 903 responded with 7 firefighters to a reported structure fire in the 4600 blk of Jim Drake Rd as automatic aid for Ward 5 Fire Protection.

Upon arrival, single wide mobile home with an attachment was heavily involved with fire. Firefighters conducted defensive fire attack operations to extinguish the fire and protect other structures on the property.

The occupant was able to safely evacuate the home prior to arrival of the fire department.

All Ward 6 apparatus and personnel were released and returned to Ward 6 district at 5:28am.
