At 2:52am, Ward 6 Unit 901, 904, and Engine 5 with 4 firefighters responded to a rescue call for a tree that had fell on an RV with 2 people trapped. Upon arrival of Unit 901, 1 male occupant had self extricated from the damaged travel trailer with minor Neighbors were also able to extricate a female occupant with minor injuries just prior to arrival of the fire department.

Firefighters used chain saws to remove a large portion of the tree to provide access to the travel trailer for personal items to be removed.

Acadian Ambulance transported both occupants to a local hospital.
