HOUSTON RIVER FIRE DEPARTMENT was notified immediately to provide mutual aid assistance.
Upon arrival one occupant was trapped inside a pickup truck. Firefighters performed extrication and the occupant was transported by Acadian Ambulance to the hospital. Acadian also transported 3 occupants from the second vehicle all with minor injuries.
Crews assisted witch scene and traffic control until arrival of LSP.
