The first voice you hear when chaos happens is that of a trained and professional emergency telecommunicator.
Calcasieu Parish E911 dispatchers are the best at what they do and are the lifeline that changes someone's life forever on a daily basis. Take a moment this week to remember and thank the people that are the tip of the spear for our emergency response system.
