At approx. 0830 am, Ward 6 Engine 7 and Command Unit 901 responded to a mutual aid request for a structure fire on Cow Trail Ln in Reeves. Allen Parish FD 4 and Beauregard Parish Fire District 2 were on scene and reporting multiple structures on fire.

On arrival, Ward 6 personnel were assigned to interior fire attack operations on a manufactured residential home. A RV was totally destroyed and a storage building was heavily damaged. The residential structure also suffered major damage.

All occupants made it out of the structures safely and their were no injuries to emergency responders.

Agencies assisting at the scene were Allen Parish SO, Reeves Police Department, Allen Parish FD 4, Beauregard Fire Distict 2 ,Beauregard Parish Fire District 4, Ward Six Fire Protection District No. One, and MedExpress Ambulance.

HOUSTON RIVER FIRE DEPARTMENT was requested to standby and provide coverage for Ward 6 District while we assisted our neighboring departments.
