At 4:06am, Ward 6 Command unit 901 and Engine 5 responded to a vehicle crash in the 4800 blk of Edgerly Road.

On arrival, the vehicle had left the roadway and entered the woods. The vehicle was not visible from the road. The driver was not injured and was able to self extricate from the vehicle.

Firefighters assisted the wrecker service with cutting numerous small trees to access the vehicle so it could be removed.
