Please bring them inside if at all possible. If not possible, make sure they have adequate enclosed, warm, dry shelter with straw bedding, plenty of food and unfrozen water available. Please don’t leave your pets with no way to keep warm.
If you see pets tied up outside with no shelter during the freezing weather, please call the local police dept, sheriffs office or animal control and report it.
