| Stay hydrated, remain in cool or air-conditioned places, and avoid strenuous activity during peak heat.
Know the warning signs of heat exhaustion—heavy sweating, dizziness, nausea, weakness, and cool, clammy skin. Heat stroke is a medical emergency and may include confusion, loss of consciousness, hot dry skin, and a very high body temperature.
If you suspect heat stroke, call 9-1-1 immediately and begin cooling the person while waiting for emergency assistance.
Stay cool. Stay hydrated. Stay safe.
Also, just a reminder we are under a BURN BAN at this time.
