| Ward 6 Fire had a busy month responding to emergency calls. The dedication of the members to give their time to help the community is commendable.
Reminder: Fire safety during winter months is imperative.
Space heaters should be 3 feet from any combustible material and plugged directly into a wall outlet. Heat lamps used for keeping pets warm must be secured away from combustible materials and in location where pets/animals cannot knock them over. Do not overload extension cords.
